Nachos, Tacos and Burritos...

A foreigner walks into a bar he's carrying a bag of cow manure, a shotgun, and a dead cat. He sits down at the bar an orders a drink, drinks the drink, loads the shotgun, shoots the bag, and takes a bite of the dead cat. He does this about 4 or 5 more times until the bartender finnally asks, "Wat the hell are you doing?" the foreigner says "I want to be like you Americans, I want to shoot the sh*t and eat pussy!"

Theme: Gasoline

Gas prices have gone down a bit recently, maybe we should buy moving pods and stock up on cheap gas before the prices go up again.

Sniffing The $4.00 A Gallon Gas Fumes

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Funny, General, Linked, Political | Posted on 19-09-2008

The latest excuse for gas prices going up is because of Hurricane Ike. According to The Desert Sun, the hurricane “caused a near total shutdown in crude production in the Gulf of Mexico, triggering gasoline shortages and dramatically higher prices at the pump in parts of the South and Midwest.”

The presidential candidates, McCain and Obama can say all they are going to do to drop gas prices, but let’s face it, we were told a while ago that there was going to be “no more taxes” so I’m sure we are not smart enough to fall for the same trick twice over. They can all eat my giant taco!

These supposed hard economic times calls for people to budget themselves. I’ve read how a lot of people are seeking help by joining credit counseling agencies to colsolidate debt.

There’s a million and one ways to do that; debt management, debt settlement, credit counseling, debt consolidation loans and mortgage refinancing. Depending on your credit score, it might determine which avenue you go down. If your broke as hell like me, consolidation loans are out of the question. I think the computer laughed at me when I tried to apply for a debt consolidation loan.

Saving money is so important now, I think, more than ever. Mainly because whomever becomes president, who knows that they are going to do? With a new President coming into the office and the economy going down the toilet all at the same time do you think it’s just the perfect recipe for disaster?

Or maybe it’s just me sniffing the $4.00 a gallon gas fumes!

Love “The Love Guru”

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Celebrity, Entertainment, General, Linked, Movies, News | Posted on 23-06-2008

“The Love Guru” opened on Friday to the kind of reviews usually reserved for movies starring Larry the Cable Guy, not to mention an embarrassing 4th-place finish. Perhaps no one sunk the knife deeper than A.O. Scott in “The New York Times” who called it, “an experience that makes you wonder if you will ever laugh again.” Wonder if Myers turned and mugged for the camera after he read that one.

So this begs a few questions, the key one being…what the hell happened? Did Mike Myers suddenly become unfunny? Did our collective taste change? Is his new comic creation a little too familar (I’m going with this one)? Or is Justin Timberlake to blame?((1))

Oh let’s give Justin a break. He isn’t comletly hopeless when it comes to being in movies, but I know it’s hard to take him seriously after dancing around like a buffon in ‘NSync and all the diva-esque behavior when it comes to spilling about Jessica Biehl (come on, if I was banging her, I’d brag!) I don’t think Justin’s factor had much say in the movies bust, if anything…it helped with it’s success.

As for Mike Myers, after “Austin Powers” there’s really no way to top that.

What it might have something to do with is that fact that gas costs $4.00 a gallon and you need to take out a mortgage on your house to see a movie. One ticket alone is around $9.00, not to mention popcorn costs just as much and you can’t go to a movie and not get popcorn! Major oil companies must be taking fractional ownership over the movie buisness! Ah!

Every 3 Seconds an American is born…and gas prices go up!

Gas Prices SUCK!

I pine for the days when gas was $0.99 a gallon. Then every time you turn on the news, they are blaming the high gas prices for some type of fighting or war overseas. This morning the excuse for gas being $3.45 a gallon here in Ohio: Fighting between Venezuela and some other country. I don’t even remember who or why, should I care? Obviously I should because when people fight overseas it’s always a legitimate reason to overcharge us on gas.

Britney Spears could get possessed by the devil at this point and they would raise gas prices and use that as an excuse. Paris Hilton goes out partying? Gas prices go up. A baby is born in America, an illegal immigrant jumps the fence…you get the point?

If you would like a little assistance in finding the cheapest gas in your area, I have found GasBuddy.com to be a very helpful tool. It beats driving around town on $3.45 a gallon gas to find out where the cheapest fuel is, or even better calling around. (And don’t laugh because I would of done it.)
