- Truck Drivers - Because of hazardous highway conditions and sleep deprivation can lead to depression in truck drivers.
- Healthcare Workers - They are in stressful and hazardous positions everyday on the job, and can suffer sleep deprivation from long shifts.
- Waiters/Waitresses - They risk developing backaches and repetitive stress injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome from spending hours on their feet and carrying heavy trays loaded. From a mental factor, they almost everyday deal with rude and demanding costumers.
- Police Officers - They deal with dangerous situations everyday on the job. They also witness death and suffering from accidents and criminal behavior, which leads to post-traumatic stress.
- Desk Junkies - Office workers are prone to arthritis, carpel tunnel, and the restricted bloodflow to your legs after long periods of sitting down can cause blood clots.
- Garbage Collectors - They are outside in all types of weather, and they face rigorous physical demands and high risks of falling.
What about President of the United States, Race car drivers or Celebrities? We all know what we want to do to President Bush, and don’t get me started with race car drivers, (they could use some car insurance online) and surely being a stuck-up snobby celebrity has got to go under the “mental health” category!

Cute little hairless mice, right?
Actually they are cute, little hairless skin cancer mice.
Rutgers University researchers have found a possible link between lotions and getting skin cancer.
They tested four brands of moisturizer: Dermavan, Eucerin, Vanicream, and Dermabase. The researchers exposed hairless mice to UV rays, then tested some mice without the lotion and then with it. The lotions made the mice more likely to develop “non-melanoma skin cancer.”
HOLY JORGE! I use Eucerin…does that mean my huevo’s are going to look like hairless mice?

Last January I started dieting and eating really healthy: salads, fruits, & veggies. I drank a ton of Diet Pop for the caffeine factor in place of my daily energy drink. And of course, I exercised anywhere from 3 to 4 days a week.
I didn’t see any results.
Did you know that drinking a lot of Diet Pop can actually interfere with how to lose weight? I used to drink almost 4 cans of Diet Pop a day until I read this little bit of research.
Finally, with a combination of SlimQuick, drinking my reccommended 8 glasses of water a day, eating under a certain amount of calories a day, and of course ditching the Diet Pop all together.
As of weigh in a few days ago, I have lost seven pounds.
THE REASON: Artificial sweetener’s in Diet Soda’s interfere with your body’s ability to count how many calories you are taking in, so you in turn eat more. Not that regular soda is any better, but if you are someone that drinks gallons upon gallons on Diet soda’s a day like I used to, you might want to cut down on your intake forĀ a few weeks and see what happens with your body.
Let me know how it goes…
