Nachos, Tacos and Burritos...

A foreigner walks into a bar he's carrying a bag of cow manure, a shotgun, and a dead cat. He sits down at the bar an orders a drink, drinks the drink, loads the shotgun, shoots the bag, and takes a bite of the dead cat. He does this about 4 or 5 more times until the bartender finnally asks, "Wat the hell are you doing?" the foreigner says "I want to be like you Americans, I want to shoot the sh*t and eat pussy!"

American Idol Elimination Recap

Posted by Jorge | Posted in General, Reviews, TV | Posted on 26-03-2008

It’s Wednesday night on American Idol which means cheesy group performances and shameless plugs and recaps.

Speaking of shameless plugs, I loved the smooth transitioning iTunes plug.

“I wake up every morning, pee in the shower, download American Idol iTunes to my iPod, and have breakfast…”

Ok no one really said that but seriously! Could their Coke and iTunes plug be just a little bit more obvious? You wouldn’t even need GPS to find the cheesy, obvious-ness of the shameless plugs that these poor kids suck at. I guess they work either way because I’m going to go download David Cook’s performances this weekend.

Chickezie was the first contestant selected to be in the bottom three, followed by Syesha.

Kimberly Locke was the featured performer for the night. She still looks amazing. She was one of my favorites in Season 2 when I first started seriously getting involved with American Idol. I did not like the song she sang though. It’s a country remake of the song “Fall” but I guess it was karma coming back to haunt Country music since Country music always takes popular Top 40 songs and twang it up. I hate remakes in general anyways but who’s really judging Kimberly Locke anyways, she’s already got a record deal.

Chickezie was eliminated. This means we must endure another week of Kristy Lee Cook performances. God help us all.

American Idol Reviews: Top 10 “Year You Were Born” Night

Posted by Jorge | Posted in General, Reviews, TV | Posted on 25-03-2008

On American Idol this week the contestants had to pick a song to perform that was from the year they were born. Some of these contestants you find out are so young, it makes me in my mid-20 something’s look so old. At least we should be able to recognize some of the songs because they should be some-what modern.

Little Ramiele sang Heart’s “Alone” while being sick. She did a great job given the circumstances and I’m so thrilled that she is in the Top 10 because when she doesn’t make it through the competition; I can at least see her on tour when they come to town. The judges didn’t agree with me at all, Randy still didn’t like the song choice. Better luck next week Ramiele if she makes it through this week’s elimination. I do feel that with her Filipino background that she does have a lot of support around her if she does bad or not. Filipino’s would support a jalapeño on a stick if it came from the Philippines.

Jason Castro sang Sting’s “Fragile” like a star! He is a star, all he has to do is finish this upcoming AI tour and let loose. Simon says that he played the guitar sloppy and had potential to be a winner but not with performances like the one he put on tonight.

Syesha belted “If I Was Your Woman” like she had been doing it for years. She does not look like she is 20. All these contestants are such younglings. Randy said it was her best performance of the whole competition so far and Simon said that the end of the performance wasn’t as good as Randy said it was.

Chickezie sounded marvelous singing “If Only for One Night” Randy said he didn’t give the song a fresh feeling like Syesha did with her last song. Paula disagreed with Randy. Simon said it was cheesy and he had to show originality and he missed his personality. I personally loved the way he worked the crowd in the performance. That’s how to get your audience’s attention, what girl doesn’t want to be sung to?

All-American girl Brooke White sang “Every Step You Take” on the piano while the audience waved their hand back and forth out of sync. The band eventually joined in the song towards the end. She messed up the song right off the bat with the first two words and had to start over again. Randy said the song would have been better if the band didn’t join in towards the end but surprisingly enough, loved the fact that she messed up the first two words of the song and decided to start over again. It showed him professionalism.

Paula brought up a whole other debate about how she loves that the contestant’s get to bring a whole other element into the competition with some playing instruments. It’s just too bad that two (Brooke and David) out of the 3 contestants that have played instruments on the show have made records and had record deals in the past. I’m sure if we dug a little further, Jason Castro probably had a record made in someone’s basement, or at least smoked a joint there.

Michael John’s…makes my taco crunch. Guapo Ese! Randy said that was his best performance on the competition. Simon says with this performance this was the first time he saw star potential in him.

Carly Smithson sang “Total Eclipse of the Heart” perfectly. It was so record-worthy. Most of the judges didn’t like it. Simon told her to lighten up a bit.

David Archuleta’s childhood video’s made me want to squeeze his cute little head off even more. I wasn’t familiar with the song he sang, but I still liked it. Randy said that “If you can sing, you can sing whatever” Paula said “you could sing the phone book” and we would still love it. Simon said it was “reminiscent of a theme park performance” complete with little magical creatures flittering about. Eh?

Kristy Lee Cook sang “God Bless the USA” and finally she puts on a good quality performance.

David Cook had a big head…when he was a baby that is. But he put the most unique, tasteful, amazing performance of “Billie Jean” No one else could of done what he did in that performance. The take on that song could have been a complete mess, but it was just completely, completely mind blowing and amazing.

Jorge’s Pick’s of the Night

Best Performance: David Cook

Worst Performance: Ramiele Malubay

American Idol Reviews: Top 11 Beatles Night

Posted by Jorge | Posted in General, TV | Posted on 18-03-2008

Amanda Overmyer was OK and boring. Thank God for hair stylists and costume specialists, because she would still look scary.

Kristy Lee Cook sang “You’ve Got To Hide Your Love Away” and it seemed like a beautiful song if she didn’t mess it all up, the last note was good, but that’s about it. It’s too bad because she is completly georgeous. It didn’t seem like she was connecting with the song, almost like she didn’t want to sing it. Paula comments she looks georgeous as well, but what does that have to do with her performance and singing.

If I didn’t love David Archuleta as much as my puppy, I wouldn’t comment so much on how much of a dorky goober he is. He sang “The Long Winding Road” and my heart was beating out of my chest because I was hoping he wouldn’t forget his lyrics again this time. I like him either way, he’s got the raspy voice that just get’s me. I love David!

Paula still annoy’s me when she tries to give her opinion on the contestants. She stumbles and staggers over her words and it just seems like she is trying to pull “smart words: out of her butt to make it dramatic, and she comes out looking drunk.

“A Day In The Life” was sang by Michael Johns. I liked it, I wouldn’t of minded seeing him sing something else. He kind of reminds me of a John Mayer type singer, he’s got that smooth voice. Not to mention, he’s very, very nice to look at. Get naked! (Oh crap, I’m typing out loud again!)

Again Paula, you either say “I liked it” or “I didn’t like it” How hard is that? She claimed that Michael John’s performance was not up to par due to the fact that he was still getting used to the ear monitors. Too bad Michael was actually not wearing one. Good call Paula! There’s just proof there that Paula pulls her compliments out of her butt. Sounds like she reached up in there and didn’t find anything.

Brooke White came out singing “Here Comes The Sun” and it was good, but boring, if that’s possible. Either way she has great personality and she should be back next week, if she cuts down on the talking.

Next to perform is my future husband, David Cook with his hot guitar singing “Day Tripper” and since he is my future husband, I’m going to be partial and say he was awesome. Love you baby! I’m going to go wipe the drool off my lip now since it’s a commericial break now.

Carly Smithson sang “Blackbird” and it was awesome. I’m claiming her as my favorite female performer on the show. I don’t think Simon liked what she had to say back about him not liking the song but someone needed to stick it to Simon on that comment.

David Castro sang “Michelle” He’s so nerdy looking, and with those dreads, he looks like a nerdy islander. His voice sounds good, but it’s so pop-ish that he could be the long lost fourth Jonas Brother.

“Yesterday” was sang by Syesha Mercado. This was my favorite performance of the night!

“I’ve Just Seen a Face” was sang beautifully by Chickezie. He’s got a great R&B voice. Then he played the harmonica and the pace of the song changed and I didn’t really like it after that with the exception of a few notes.

Ramiele is so small and cute, she sang “I Should of Known Better” She had such attitude when she was singing this song, nodding her head around and such. It was nice, a lot better than last week, but there were still better contestants than her earlier in the show. She’s like a mini Tila Tequila, but with a better voice.

Jorge’s Pick of the Week

Best: Carly Smithson

Worst: Amanda Overmyer

Brooke Hogan Knows Best

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Celebrity, General, TV | Posted on 18-03-2008

Brooke Hogan is getting her own TV show as a spinoff to Hogan Knows Best. The show was planning on coming back for another season, but Nick Hogan was in a serious car crash that sent his friend to the hospital, her mother filed for divorce, and her father started dating one of her friends. Isn’t that a horrible mental picture? Looks like she’s the only normal one left in the family. Who knew? I always pawned her off as another Jessica Simpson-esqe personality.

Her busy plans include a new album “Undiscovered” that is currently out, she will be on the new reality show “America’s Prom Queen”

Two and a Half Men

Posted by Jorge | Posted in General, TV | Posted on 18-03-2008

I love this show so much. I was referred by one of my friends at work to watch this show for many months. And with my current time restraints, I never got around to it.

I just recently I stumbled upon it because there was nothing else on TV and I ended up watching one episode, and another, and another.  I loved it and I was absolutely hooked. It’s one of those shows that seriously makes me laugh at loud. And for a person like me, which usually holds things like that in, it’s a Godsend.

American Idol Elimination Recap

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Reviews, TV | Posted on 12-03-2008

This post contains the spoiler. Do not read on if you have not watched the show yet.

I just absolutly dread elimiation night. Not because my favorite people could possibly be eliminated, but because of those stupid, cheesy song and dance numbers they make some of these poor people do. You’ve got great rock singers like David Cook and Carly Smithson dancing like little ballerina’s for no reason. American Idol is a singing competition! Those people shouldn’t be dancing.

Altough David Hernandez does dance like a Backstreet Boy, maybe they can just make David Dance around in a tutu since he’s suposedly got the dancing thing down.

If there was any God where was he when they made Kristy Leigh Cook perform that horrendous number again. I’m going to need a blood transfusion after all the blood I’ve lost from my ears.

I really liked the phone calls taken from the fans. Ryan admitted he wants to mud wrestle with Simon, tell us something we don’t know.

Why out of all American Idol past contestants, did they get Katherine McPhee to perform? She hasn’t done anything since the show except have one good single, marry an old guy and put on a boring performance on American Idol wearing a go-go outfit. Why don’t we just bring Justin Guarini in for the next performance. He’d probably look better in the dress.

So the bottom three ended up being Syesa, David Hernandez and Kristy Leigh Cook. Just when I was going to be excited that Kristy was going home they sent home…

David Hernandez.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! What the hell is that?????

Someone quick…tell him they need a 5th memeber for NSync to do a reunion! I’d go see that!

Paranormal State

Posted by Jorge | Posted in General, TV | Posted on 06-03-2008

Paranormal State

On Monday nights I find myself getting hooked on watching “Paranormal State” on A&E. The channel shows new episodes every Monday night and then a few re-runs afterwards. I end up watching every waking, addicting moment.

The show focuses on a group of college students from Penn State (and the leader of the group is real easy on the eyes, maybe it’s the nerdy thing?) that are interested in ghosts and the paranormal. They formed the group to help people find out if their house was haunted and do some research to find out who or what the spirit once was, then hopefully set them free and let them rest in peace.

This shoe is a lot creepier than “Most Haunted” or any of those other shows that are about ghost hunters. Those shows are mostly people saying “I felt a hand grab me” yeah, well I’m at work and I sometimes feel a pull at my hair, claims like that just don’t mean anything on TV.

On Paranormal State, these people investigate the haunting and dig into history to make a connection. One episode had a couple that had just got married and the husband was being haunted by a woman, this “woman spirit” was making his wife sick. The team researched into enough information to find out that the husband had found an urn around the time that they got married and put it away in his barn until someone claimed it. The team took the urn and had a professional look over the remains, which coincidentally enough were that of a woman because they found women’s jewelry within the ashes in the urn. Everyone gets together to give the urn a proper burial ceremony and the haunting stop happening.

American Idol Elimination Recap

Sorry for the lack of review for the girls night of AI. I herd it sucked balls, so maybe I just saved myself from cutting my fingers off and and stuffing them down my ears. But I shall cheer up because it’s my favorite time of the week, time to weed out some of the awfulness that is American Idol.

At this point as long as David Archuleta is still in it, I don’t care about anyone else.

Did I mention how much I love group performances? I feel like I’m watching a reality TV version of “The Backyardigans”

American Idol Backyardigans

Did anyone else think that look on Danny’s face was priceless when he thought he was going home? He looked like he was in the semifinals of Miss America.

Jason Yeager was the first guy to go home. I still feel bad for him after the lashing Simon gave him, but he honestly could have been better (and stopped the cheesy smiling.) I am granted a little disappointed he’s gone now because he was one of my eye candies.

Alexandria Lushington was the first of the girls to go home. I was hoping Mrs. Munster was going to be the victim. After seeing a recap of Alexandria’s performance last night which I inadvertently missed I feel it was probably well-deserved. I felt bad for David Archuleta crying in the background though. I just wanted to squeeze his cute little self. If it was anyone else crying I would have been like “Listen here stoop! That’s one less competition for you. Quit crying! Suck it up!”

Then it was down to Kady Malloy and Alaina Whitaker, Alaina got picked to go home and Ramiele and Danny cried…AGAIN, someone needs to surgically remove their tear ducts or I am going to loose mine laughing at them. I didn’t remember Alaina much out of the competition, but of course Paula always tells everyone “This is just a start of a great career for you” which is a crock of horse poop.

Then it was down to Robbie Carrico and Luke Menard, thank God we finally sent “Robbie the Faker” home. I’m a little disappointed now because I will never know if he really was wearing a wig. But now he can go shave off that rock faced and be my new Justin Timberlake fantasy. More crying commenced. If these people are going to miss each other that much, maybe they should all just sleep with each other.

Well, I will have to admit, I will miss picking on Robbie, so I will have to find a new target for next week. Back to the refugee boat for much long needed pondering.

Wednesday Mind Hump

This-or-That?

Ice in your drink, or no ice?
Ice in my drink, as long as it’s got alcohol in it, I’m good! Can we say…MARGHARITAS!

Shoes or barefoot?
Barefoot, but my feet get cold easily in the house so I wear a lot of toe socks. They are surprisingly very warm, but the boyfriend thinks they look really scary.

Newspapers or online news?
Online news, it’s easier and more convenient to read in my crazy life. The world is at my fingertips on the World Wide Web in a snap. And I don’t have to pay for internet news.

Zoos or amusement parks?
Zoos. I’m not much of an amusement park person since I’m scared to death of roller coasters. I love animals anyways and Nick’s daugher has been begging and reminding me to take her to the zoo, so hopefully we will get to go this Summer.

Baseball or football?
FOOTBALL! I’m from Ohio people, we’re talking Buckeye country! Go Bucks! *winner* I watch NFL too, Indianapolis Colts are my favorite team. The boyfriend’s favorite team is the New Orlean’s Saints, so if you didn’t know, we watch a lot of football.

Movies or TV?
TV. I love reality TV and Two and a Half Men. Most of all I would love to get a ginormous flat screen TV and watch some sports on TV in the comfort of my own home with a margherita in my hand and my favorite team/driver’s jersey on cheering them to victory. (Woah! That sounded very cheesy!)

American Idol One Liner Reviews: Top 10 Guys Night

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Reviews, TV | Posted on 26-02-2008

It was 70’s Night on AI.

Michael Johns started off the night talking about tennis. Oooook! But he did put a great spin on “You Can Go Your Own Way” by Fleetwood Mac. His voice in this performance kind of reminded me of a Jason Wade from Lifehouse. That vein in his neck was a little distracting when he was singing, but I did like it a lot, the performance that is, not the vein!

Jason Castro talks about hating to do interviews but oddly enough I liked hearing him talk about how much he hated being interviewed. Once again he performed with his guitar which added a great element to Idol that has never been introduced before. Woah! This is guy is an amazing singer. It was too bad the judges didn’t like it.

Luke Menard sang a Queen song, which mind as well of been a show boat performance. At least he’s nice to look at. I felt like I was watching an episode of “The Wiggles” without the dancing around. Pretty boring!

Ahhhhh Robbie Carrico the fake rock singing, drag racing, Justin Timberlake look-a-like hunk. This performance did get me “Hot Blooded” either way. I think at this point he probably wants to kill the next person who questions his authenticicy of being “rock” but even if he wanted to sing rock music, he will need a better song selection. I would like to hear him sing a song where he just belts it out and rocks it out like there is no tomorrow.

Then there’s Spongebob Gaypants Danny Noreiga. He sang The Carpenters. I love this guy, what a personality. They really should ban this song from American Idol though because everyone sings this song every season. I wanted to choke myself unconscious just for the fact that I was hearing this song again, the only thing that brought me out of my un-consciousness was Danny’s princess voice and the consistent giggling after Simon told him how much he liked him. OMG! OMG! What a cute couple they would make!

David Hernandez has great stage presence. He was giving looks to the crowd and knew just what face to make for the camera. Besides a little crack of the voice at the end that no one ever really noticed, this is my favorite performance so far.

Jason Yeager just upped his sexiness factor now that I know he plays instruments. He performed a Doobie Brother’s song and it was just OK for me. He still smiles that cheesy smile every time he performs and it kind of freaks me out but it was just OK. I thought the judges were a little too harsh on him and you could tell by the look on his face he was really hurt, which in it’s own wanted me to vote for him because I felt bad.

Chickezie finally explains the meaning and pronunciation of his name in the pre-interview performance. Chick-uzie gave a much better performance this week than last week. Very exciting! Very good voice! Very fun performance! I liked the very cleaver with the word play in the song and his personality came out in this performance.

My favorite contestant David Cook rocked the house. He got the crowd involved and moving all whilst singing and playing guitar. Bow chicka bow wow! I bet Robbie Carrico got pissed when Randy told David that he was the “real” rocker of the group. Besides the fact that it looked like he wanted to beat Simon over the head after telling him he had no charisma, which he should have after that remark, which would have been great to see. I loved it!

David Archuleta, how amazingly cute and sweet is this guy?  I hope they make this guy into a keychain so I can carry him with me. He shouldn’t be on this show, someone give this guy a record deal already. He is a freaking star!

Jorge’s Pick of the Night

  • Contestant I Would Vote For: David Archuleta
  • Sexiest Performance: David Hernandez
  • Most Enjoyable Performance: David Cook

 Worst Performance: Luke Menard

American Idol Elimination Recap

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Entertainment, General, Reviews | Posted on 21-02-2008

If you have TiVo’d American Idol and not watched it yet you might not want to read this post just yet. It’s a spoiler on who got eliminated.

Ah, I love elimination night on American Idol. They always open the show with a cheesy group performance where almost everyone is wearing stupid costumes and dancing around like Barbie and the 12 Dancing Princesses’

I wanted to attack Garrett with a weedwacker! I voted him as worst performance a few days ago for the guys night, and of course my intuitions were right. Goodbye Hair Boy, and on your way home, shave that upper lip of yours because it looks like crayon stains. Too bad he finally started singing good on his “goodbye” performance. Bad timing bud!

I got it right with my worst vote for the girls performance night as Amy Davis was the first pick to be eliminated. I should of kept those forks in my ears from last night so I didn’t have to endure that performance one last time.

After Amy Davis was elimated, it was between the rockin’ nurse Amanda Overmyer and plus size model Joeanne Borgella, in which Joeanne was elimiated which I thought one-tone Amanda should of been in that position. Then Danny Noriega’s boyfriend Colten Berry went home while the girls cried on the sidelines as if they were witnessing a funeral and Danny pouted his bottom lip contemplating on what other guy in the group he should start crushing on next now that Colton is gone. Chickezie-ezie-bow-wow should of been going home. I will look at this on the bright side though, as now I have more time to learn Chicke-doodle’s name.

American Idol One Liner Reviews: Top 12 Girls Night

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Entertainment, General, Reviews | Posted on 20-02-2008

For profiles of each singer go here.

Kristy Lee Cook – She’s a very cute girl. She even sold her poor horse to afford to go to auditions. She’s a very good singer and the song choice was good. I thought she could of sang it with a little bit more “Umph!” and moved around on the stage a bit more, but she was supposedly sick so I will cut her a little bit of slack. She’s not getting her horse back anytime soon though.

Joeanne Borgella – Very beautiful girl, very OK voice. I’m a little torn as to if the song was good enough for her or not, but it was just OK! Not much to say about that.

Alaina Whitaker – What an airhead! She’s just another cute blonde that can sing real well. The song choice and performance was good. Like the first girl, she needs to do a little bit more movement and performing while on stage and she will be a huge package.

Amanda Overmyer – The rockin’ nurse is rockin with style! I can’t see myself liking her too much though. After a few performances her voice will sound bland, boring, straight and one-toned, I need some time to decide if I like her or not.

Amy Davis – I don’t know what to say about her performance except that she destroyed the poor song. I stuffed forks in my ears 6 seconds into the song.

Brooke White – I loved this girl in auditions, but that same girl didn’t come to tonight’s performance. I wished she would have done a song with more vocal power to display her true abilities. She will be forgettable after tonight.

Alexandria Lushington – Eh…..the judges loved it, I thought it completely sucked. She did finally do what I was looking for all night and she finally moved around the stage and performed. She made Paula say “Dope!” WAHAHAHAHA! Excuse me while I blow milk chunks out of my nose.

Kady Malloy – I love, love, love this girl. She sang a familiar, popular song and belted it. And since she can do singing impersonations of Britney Spears I say we set her up with Britney’s producers and have her record for Britney since I am tired of waiting for an official Britney comeback. She does a better Britney Spears impersonation than Britney does.

Asia’h Eperson – I still can’t get over the fact that this poor girls father died and she’s still up on stage doing her thing. She’s fun! She can sing and perform at the same time which seems to be a curse on all the other girls.
Ramiele Malubay –The other girls before her with the exception of Asia’h don’t have anything on her! It kind of helps that she looks very exotic which is something we havn’t seen on American Idol in a while.

Syesha Mercado – She’s the entire package. Finally someone that grew a set and sang her lung’s out. Now that wasn’t too much to ask was it?

Carly Smithson – The song was boring. She could of picked a song that was so much better than her voice. She is an amazing singer! She was a professional singer when she was younger so she will have a one up on most of the other contestants.

Unfortunately I didn’t have too many bad things to say about the girls versus the guys from last night whom some put me to sleep with nightmares. I guess it’s just proof as to how low men are on the food chain.

Miss Kady Malloy must want people to vote for Asia’h Eperson because when it was time to give out her phone numbers to call and vote for her, she should have been holding up 8 fingers, not 9. Duuuuuuuuuh!

Paula Abdul once again was spreading her over-niceness around. She would make a better therapist than an AI judge. The day she gets to the point and just says “I liked it” or “I didn’t like it” I will crap in my pants.

I miss Josiah!

Jorge’s Picks for the Night

• Contestant I Would Vote For: Syesha Mercado
• Sexiest Performance: Kady Malloy
• Most Enjoyable Performance: Asia’h Eperson
• Worst Performance: Amy Davis

American Idol One Liner Reviews: Top 12 Guys Night

Posted by Jorge | Posted in General, Reviews, TV | Posted on 19-02-2008

For profiles of each singer go here

David Hernandez - He is an OK singer, nothing unique or exciting that jumped out at me, By the time this show is over, I will forget the performance. I guess it’s just the curse of the first performer.

Chickezie - I forgot what the hell this guy sang after he sang it, it wasn’t a very memorable performance. I think the only reason I remember him in the slightest bit is because I spent his entire performance trying to pronounce and figure out what his name is.

David Cook - This guy is great! I have a feeling he is going to be the Chris Daughtry (Season 5 AI) of this season.

David Yeager - He could get a singing career with The Wiggles if American Idol dosn’t work out for him, the guy’s got a good voice but he just looks a little TOO happy to be singing, like those cashier’s at a retail store that force themselves to smile at you but they don’t really want too.

Robbie Carrico- Simon was questioning his authenticity about singing rock music. This guy claims he is all Rock and Roll, but he was in a boy & girl band that toured with Britney Spears, the man (I should say boy back then) even dated Britney Spears! He is a Fake, with a capital F and his singing past is going to catch up with him.

David Archuleta - Is this guy a singer or a puppy? What a nerd-bomber! Durn good singer either way.

Danny Noriega - Like, OMG! Paula hit it the nail right on the head when she said “There will be a lot of color’s coming out of Danny…” He’s going to be the Miss Attitude of the competition, it was alright I think he would be more suited for TV talk shows instead of singing.

Luke Menard - He looks like Orlando Bloom with a hat on. I fell asleep during this one so I’m not sure what I thought about it?

Colton Berry - This guy sings the Teletubbies theme song in his head when he’s nervous. Double Nerd-bomber! Him and Danny Noriega should hook up. Besides that fact, he’s got great hair, great energy and a good voice, it is kind of reminicant to Clay Aiken (Season 2 AI).

Gerrett Haley - He’s so pretty! He seems a little off his rocker, but he is a pretty good singer. He dosn’t seem like he would be memorable enough though.

James Castro - OMG! It’s Bob Marley’s long lost illigitimate child! Thank goodness producer’s there let these kids sing with instruments though, this might not necesarily be a good thing beucase people could fall like hot pancakes, but he pulled it off pretty good. I liked it.

Michael Johns - He dosn’t even have to sing, he can just talk and the ladies will swoon. The singing is just as amazing. I definitly hope he sticks around and does great things on the show.

Am I the only one that thinks Paula is talking a lot more this season? Someone needs to stuff a beer in her mouth and tell her to quit talking to much!

Jorge’s Picks for the Night

  • Contestant I Would Vote For: David Cook

  • Sexiest Performance: Michael Johns

  • Funnest Performance: Danny Noriega

  • Worst Performance: Gerrett Haley

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila

Posted by Jorge | Posted in Entertainment | Posted on 27-11-2007

My current favorite guilty pleasure: A Shot of Love with Tila Tequila

What does everyone think about this show? I totally idolize this girl!!! This is the show that Daddy would completly HATE though, but my rebellion side would love to just rub that in.

Who can honestly say that they would HATE to look like this:

Tila Tequila

If I had a left nut, I’d give it to look like her.
